Refund Policy:
We’re pleased you’re travelling with us, however, we understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you may have to cancel your trip. If you would like to cancel, Please find below the cancelation policy for each duration
Land Portion:
A- 90 days prior to departure: $500 per person cancellation fee.
B- 60 days prior to departure: $1,000 per person cancellation fee.
C- 45 days prior to departure: Full package price is non-refundable.
Group Ticket Cancellations:
A- Up to 91 days prior to departure: $250per person cancellation fee.
B- Up to 90 days prior to departure: Full ticket price is non-refundable.
Visa Information
ONE-YEAR TOURIST VISA (INCLUDED – NO ADDITIONAL COST)
If you hold a passport from Western countries such as:
• United States
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Australia
• Other similar Western countries
Visa Details:
Passengers will receive a 1-year Saudi tourist visa with multiple entries, included in the package price (no additional cost).
UMRAH VISA (ADDITIONAL FEE APPLIES)
If you are a Green Card holder (USA) or a Permanent Resident of Canada and hold a passport from the following regions:
• Pakistan
• India
• Bangladesh
• African Countries (Nigeria, Ghana, etc.)
• Other eligible countries
Visa Details:
Passengers will be issued a single-entry Umrah visa.
