A-Comprehensive-Guide-to-Understanding-Hajj-Packages

What’s New for Hajj This Year (1447/2026)

For the past three years, many of you have tried, with sincerity, patience, and a heart full of longing, to secure a Hajj package. For some, the journey felt complicated, uncertain, or met with limited availability.

As we step into a new Hajj season, with renewed intention and trust in Allah’s timing, many of you are asking:

✨ Has the process changed?
✨ Is it any easier this year?
✨ What should we expect moving forward?

This year, Nusuk continues to be the official and ONLY platform for booking Hajj packages for western Hujjaj. While the overall framework remains similar, some improvements and updates have been introduced to help streamline the experience and provide clearer pathways for pilgrims.

First, who is authorized to create and provide Hajj packages this year?

There are 12 official service providers handling all Hajj packages this year:

  1. Abdul Lateef Jameel Real Estate Investment Co. Ltd.
  2. Al Bait Guests for Pilgrims Services
  3. Company Al Rajhi Likhdemat Al Tajaria Masanda
  4. Dur Hospitality Company
  5. Holiday Inn Bakkah Company
  6. Ikram Aldeif Company for Tourism
  7. Ithraa Alkhair for Pilgrims Services
  8. MCDC for Hajj and Umrah Services
  9. Rawaf Mina Company for Pilgrimage Services
  10. Saudi Hajj and Umrah
  11. Seera Group Holding (Mawasim – Part of Almosafer)

Major Updates You Need to Know

1. Fixed Quotas for Each Provider
Gone are the days of endless scrolling, unclear categories, and overwhelming package choices. Alhamdulillah, the process has become more structured, intentional, and easier to understand.

This year, each authorized service provider has been assigned a fixed and predefined quota. That means the number of seats offered directly matches the number of visas available  so if a package appears on Nusuk, it already has a visa attached to it. There will be no leftover packages and no listings without confirmed availability.

What does that mean for you as a pilgrim?

  • There’s more clarity and less guessing.

  • Every available package reflects real, confirmed availability.

  • The system is more organized and predictable from the start.

  • Booking becomes fairer, more manageable, and easier to trust.

With quotas now tied directly to visas, the overall experience feels more streamlined and transparent, helping pilgrims move with confidence rather than uncertainty.

2. One Main Release Phase
Instead of multiple waves of packages, everything, with airline and without airline, will be launched during one primary phase.
This helps you plan better and reduces the chaos that many hujjaj experienced in previous years.

3. Camps Are More Flexible
For the first time, service providers can offer both camp types within the same package, if they choose.

So a single package may be bookable in: Majar Al Kabsh or Al-Muaisim

This gives hujjaj a real-time opportunity to book the package they prefer in either camp, without waiting for service providers to update or switch their offerings.

4. Clear and Defined Camp Availability
This year, the availability of camps has been made much clearer from the start, which we hope will lead to fewer phases and a smoother experience overall. The Majar Al Kabsh premium camp has a limited quota of approximately 5,500 spots, while the Mina Al-Muaisim standard camp offers a much larger allocation of around 52,000 spots. Both will be released on a first-come, first-served basis.

By outlining these numbers upfront, the process feels more transparent and predictable, giving pilgrims a better sense of what to expect when packages go live.

If you’re planning Hajj this year, preparation and timing are everything.
